    Khali Berlin
    LCPC, Owner

    Khali J.B. Berlin, LCPC, Owner, has been a Licensed Counselor since 2003.  She specializes in treatment of trauma and sexual abuse with training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).  Khali primarily works with children and adolescents, with a focus in developmentally appropriate play and expressive therapies.  Named 2011 Idaho Counselor of the Year by the Idaho Counseling Association, she is a counselor supervisor, has served on the leadership board for the ICA, has given trainings to community organizations and university classes on various mental health issues, and has contracted with many organizations for professional consultation.  Khali assisted in establishing A+ Solutions in 2001 and purchased the company in 2012.  She developed the primary systems established in each of the programs in both the Mental Health Clinic and Developmental Disabilities Agency.     Office Manager

    Sara Holt is our Office Manager at A+ Solutions, she has been providing customer care in various work environments for over 10 years, and has been with us at A+ since 2014. Sara is enjoying working in the mental health field and providing compassionate services to our diverse clientele. She is the voice of our agency and will be the one you are speaking with when you call to schedule your appointment. She currently oversees office duties in Burley, Idaho.

    Courtney White received her undergraduate degree from University of Phoenix in 2013 and began working in the mental health field as a Community Based Rehabilitation Specialist and Case Manager. She began working at A+ Solutions in 2019 and has held multiple positions while becoming a certified Intervention Specialist and Developmental Specialist. She is currently working as the Children's DDA Program Administrator Assistant while completing her Master of Social Work degree from Our Lady of the Lake University.

    While Courtney was raised in the west central part of Idaho, she, with her husband and two children, have called this area home since 2018. In her free time, she enjoys playing games, outdoor activities, reading, baking, seeking service to others, and going on adventures with her husband, children, extended family, and friends.

    Nancy Manrique
    LPC, School Services Administrator

    Nancy Manrique graduated with her Masters Degree in Mental Health
    Counseling from Capella University. Nancy has worked with many children
    and adults with emotional and developmental disabilities. Nancy has
    completed training for Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavior Therapy and is
    in the process of working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist.
    Nancy is certified as a Professional Interventionist for children and
    Developmental Specialist for adults.

    Galen L. Tanner has a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Qualified Substance Use Disorder Professional. He is a Clinical Supervisor. Galen has over 20 years of experience providing counseling to individuals, couples and families. He specializes in helping individuals with depression, anxiety, marital issues, parenting concerns, grief and loss, victims of abuse and those struggling with pornography and sexual addiction. As a father of a child with special needs, he is uniquely qualified to assist families with the many challenges they experience while raising a child with special needs. Galen has been married for over 30 years and he and his wife are the parents of 4 children. His youngest son was diagnosed with Autism when he was 3 years old.

    Lynne Eppers graduated with her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.  Her clinical experience includes helping individuals from diverse age groups and backgrounds work towards overcoming anxiety, depression, trauma related issues, behavioral and emotional impairments and working with individuals on the autism spectrum.   Lynne has completed coursework and training in behavior interventions, cognitive behavior therapy, and play therapy and is currently working towards certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
